These policies define the organizational security requirements for Genesis Technologies and the Orion Intelligence platform. They are the governing policy layer for the implementation procedures, technical controls, and operational safeguards described throughout the Orion documentation.

5. Orion Intelligence Roles#

7. Access Removal#

Access must be removed when:

  • Employment or contract ends.

  • Access is suspected to be misused.

  • Temporary access expires. Access removal should be completed promptly.

8. Access Review#

User access must be reviewed periodically to confirm that assigned permissions are still appropriate.

Reviews should include administrative users, tenant users, repository access, infrastructure access, database access, and third-party service access where applicable.

5. Orion Intelligence Password Handling#

Orion Intelligence must protect user passwords by hashing them before storage.

During login, the submitted password must be verified against the stored password hash. Plain-text passwords must not be retrievable from the database.

6. Multi-Factor Authentication#

Where supported, multi-factor authentication or two-factor authentication should be used to strengthen account security, especially for privileged or sensitive accounts.

7. Administrative and Service Credentials#

Administrative passwords, database credentials, API keys, access tokens, encryption keys, and service credentials must be protected with restricted access.

Such credentials must be managed through approved configuration or secure storage methods and must not be exposed to regular users.

8. Password Reset#

Password reset must be performed through an approved password reset process.

Passwords must not be reset or shared through insecure channels such as public chat, plain text messages, or unauthorized communication methods.

6. Use of Orion Intelligence#

7. Use of Source Code and Infrastructure#

1. Purpose#

3. Policy Statement#
